2022 CMAA Golden Guitar Nominations

I’m not going to lie, I had a bit of a happy cry when I heard my name read out for Alt Country Album of the Year and Male Artist of the Year at the CMAA Golden Guitar nominations today.

276 days of the last 18 months I’ve spent in either quarantine or lockdown which has meant that I haven’t been able to tour or promote this album the way I would have wanted to, so to get a nod today from an industry that I love and respect means the absolute world to me, especially when I’m named next to so many artists that I look up to and admire.
